• Starting online returns is easy

  Go to your order history, select the order and items you wish to return or exchange, and follow the instructions, just 4 steps complete the return request and submit it.
  Once your request is approved, you will receive email update notifications with shipping instructions.
  What items are returnable? (eligible for returns)
  14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  In unused and resalable items, or defective items.
  In original packaging with all tags intact.
  You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  What items and exceptions are non-refundable?
  Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

  Damage, loss or theft issues

  If the purchased product is defective, contact us within 7 days from the delivery date.

  If the purchased product is lost or stolen, please gather evidence and contact us immediately.
  Exchanges
  The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you own. We allow exchanges of purchased items for selectable variations. Once the exchange request is approved, the replacement item will be shipped to you.
  Reimbursement solutions
  Refund to the original payment method.
  In-store refund by gift card.
  Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund notice from us and it will take approximately 14 additional business days for the refund to be returned to your original payment method.
  If you are a VIP customer, the refund is made immediately after the return request is reviewed and approved.
