Very important!
1. Please read the user manual before using this camera.
2. When you receive the camera, please first use the included micro USB cable to charge the camera for about 3 hours to ensure that the camera is fully charged.
3. The camera must use a micro SD card U3 or higher.
(A) In the situation where the memory card format is not compatible with the camera,
(B) The camera will beep "Please hold the Photo button to format the memory card",
(C) Please press the photo button for 5 seconds after the quick tone.
(D) The camera will automatically format the Micro SD card.
(E) Once the formatting is complete, the camera will beep "Full Format".
PLEASE NOTE: Before the SD card is formatted, the camera cannot take pictures, cannot record video, and cannot enable Wi-Fi.
4. Incorrect lighting affects the shooting effect; please use this camera with sufficient light.
5. Automatic segmentation every 5 minutes when recording video at 4K/2.7K resolution; automatic segmentation every 20 minutes when recording at resolutions below 1080P (including 720P/480P). Please refer to DJI and Gpro action cameras.
6. WIFI cannot be activated when the battery is low (15% -20%).
7. If the camera cannot be turned off, please open the Micro SD card slot cover and press the "RST" hole to reset the device.
8. The Anti Shake function only works for up and down movements. You will find the video unstable if you shake your head from side to side.

Q: How do I replace the internal battery?

Q: Can I wear this vlog camera while surfing?
A: This camera is suitable for outdoor sports such as cycling, hiking, etc.
But it is not suitable for extreme sports such as surfing, skiing, skydiving, etc.
Q: Which SD card should I use?
A: Micro SD U3 card with a storage capacity of 32 GB or more.
Q: Why were the videos recorded by this camera cut into segments every 5 minutes?
A: There's a limitation in the file system, which doesn't allow files larger than 4 GB. So the camera will automatically create several clips with sizes ranging from 3.5 to 3.9 GB. Many cameras do this, not just the EP7.
Q: Can I use this camcorder without an app and internet?
A: Yes, you can take photos and record videos without an app or phone, because the camcorder body has physical buttons.
Q: What is the difference between the ORDRO EP7 and the GoPro action camera?
A: If you have a GoPro, you should wear it on your wrist or on the GoPro helmet mount; it's not the first perspective.
But ORDRO EP7 has a unique first-view design; what you record is what you see.
Q: Does it work in sub-zero temperatures?
A: The normal operating temperature of the ep7 order is from -15 degrees to +40 degrees.
Q: Why is the video not running smoothly?
A: 4K video must be viewed on a device with 4K resolution, such as a 4K computer or 4K television. If you shoot 4K video at 60fps or higher, you must play the video on an 8K device. If the device's hardware specifications are too low, the video will freeze during playback.
Q: Why does the app display "No connection to device"?
A: Once your smartphone has connected to Wi-Fi, please do not leave the Wi-Fi settings page and wait a moment. You will see a message saying "This WLAN network has no internet access. Connect anyway?" Please select "Connect". Then you can go to the app to connect the device.

CONNECT THE APPLICATION STEPS
1. Turn on the camera, press the power button to turn on Wi-Fi. The speaker will emit a "Wi-Fi On" sound. The blue indicator light will illuminate and flash intermittently.
2. Open the smartphone's Wi-Fi settings, find the Wi-Fi name starting with EP7 (EP7_xxxx), enter the password 12345678 for the connector.
3. Open the OD CAM application, connect your phone to the camera to access the user interface.
