Please use memory cards with 64G(MINIMUM)-256G(MAXIMUM) speed of Class 10, U3(UHS-1) or higher. We recommend using Class 10, U3 LEXAR High Endurance Micro SD cards. When you insert a new card into the device, please format the card on the Dash Cam before using it. You can find the Format option in the Dash Cam menu. The memory card may be damaged or deteriorated after repeated overwriting cycles, and this may affect its ability to save video and image files. If this happens, replace it with a new memory card immediately.
